Responsibilities.

1. Lead a team of engineers and set goals and development targets for the engineers on the team and provide feedback and development plans for them as they make progress.

2. Work closely with the Product Manager to analyse product requirements and propose technical solutions and implementation plans to deliver software products.

3. Analyse and validate the technical design of the team's software features.

Qualification requirements

1. Degree in Computer Science from a reputable university with 8+ years of backend development experience and 3+ years of backend architecture experience, preferably from Amazon, Airbnb, Tiktok, Morgan Stanley, Microsoft or foreign tech companies

2. Fluent in English preferred.

3. Experience in developing control interfaces for large systems, proficient in Java 8, familiar with Java multi-threading, high concurrency, IO/NIO, network communication, aws ， etc.

4. Familiar with common design patterns, experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed, high-load, high-availability systems; familiar with Spring / Spring Boot; HTTP, TCP/IP protocols and REST specifications.

5. Knowledge of various common server technologies, able to optimize service response and data query to ensure the quality of various services; knowledge of Gradle / Maven and other build tools.
